How long does it take to go live?
Most facilities start the same day. Add your doctors and prices, invite your team and you are ready. On the Growth and Enterprise plans we import your existing patient, medicine or test lists for you.
Do we need to install anything?
No. SKO Healthcare runs in any modern browser on computers, tablets and phones. Printing prescriptions, invoices, lab reports and pharmacy receipts works with ordinary A4 and thermal printers.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all modules for your facility type. No card is needed; you only pay if you decide to continue.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card. Yearly billing saves around two months’ fees.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing period.
Who can see our patients’ data?
Only your own staff, according to the roles you give them. Every facility’s data is isolated from every other facility, and all important changes are recorded in an activity log.
Is our data backed up?
Yes — databases are backed up every day and kept for 30 days. You can also export patients, invoices and reports whenever you like.
Do you provide training and support?
